Welcome to the Lodge
The Lodge upstairs space is available for rental by Souris and Area Branch of the PEI Wildlife Federation. This recently refurbished space is fully wheelchair accessible and features a new kitchen, new lighting, new bathrooms and new flooring throughout. The kitchen is food safety licensed and has a 6-burner propane stove, two fridges with freezers, and a dishwasher.
Souris and Area Branch of the PEI Wildlife Federation values environmental health. A no single-use plastic policy in place for The Lodge. To aid in following this policy, The Lodge offers a fully stocked kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Facilities
Location: 1358 Souris Line Rd. Souris, PE C0A 2B0
Main Room: Approximately 1100 square feet, electric fireplace, heat pump with air cooling capacity.
Kitchen: 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher, 6 burner propane stove, tea/coffee urns, full pot set, cutlery and crockery for 60 people.
Bathrooms: Accessable bathroom on main floor with baby change station. Women’s bathroom downstairs with 4 toilet stalls, 2 sinks, and 1 shower. Men’s bathroom downstairs with 2 toilet stalls, 2 urinals, 2 sinks, and 1 shower.
Deck: Large deck surrounding whole building with wheelchair ramp and outdoor lighting.
Parking: Parking lot fits approximately 25 cars.
Trails: Extensive trail system covering approximately 400 acres. Access to the Confederation Trail.

Half day - $125 ($143.75 including HST)

Availability
The Lodge is available throughout the year excluding the ski season (Around the end of December to March). Souris Striders Ski Club has exclusive use of the space throughout the ski season, no rental bookings can be accepted during this time.
90 person capacity limit (subject to COVID-19 restrictions).
